ShopLink — Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing, or using ShopLink, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.2. Overview of the Service
ShopLink is a subscription‑based marketing automation platform for furniture manufacturers (“Builders”) and their retail partners (“Retailers”).Builders pay a monthly subscriptionRetailers use the platform for freeATB/Wasoka posts Builder‑approved content to Retailers’ connected Instagram and Facebook accountsShopLink does not guarantee sales, engagement, or performance results.3. Eligibility
To use ShopLink, you must:Be at least 18Have authority to represent your businessProvide accurate informationFollow all applicable laws and Meta platform rules4. Builder Subscriptions
Billing: Subscription fees are billed automatically each month.
Refunds: All fees are non‑refundable.
Cancellation: Builders may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.5. Retailer Accounts (Free Users)
Retailers may join at no cost.
By connecting social media accounts, Retailers authorize ATB/Wasoka to publish posts on their behalf.
Retailers may disconnect their accounts at any time.6. Content Ownership
Builder Content:
Builders retain ownership of all uploaded photos, videos, and marketing assets.
By uploading content, Builders grant ATB/Wasoka a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to:Store contentFormat contentDistribute content to RetailersUse content within the ShopLink platformRetailer Authorization:
Retailers grant ATB/Wasoka permission to:Access connected social accountsPublish postsManage scheduled contentRetailers may revoke access at any time.7. Prohibited Content
Builders may not upload content that is:False or misleadingCopyrighted without permissionOffensive or discriminatoryIn violation of Meta policiesATB/Wasoka may remove content that violates these rules.8. Automated Posting
By using ShopLink, you acknowledge:Posts may publish automaticallyPosting schedules may varyATB/Wasoka is not responsible for Meta outages, API errors, or platform changes9. Data & Privacy
ATB/Wasoka collects:Account informationUploaded contentSocial media connection tokensPosting analyticsWe do not sell user data.

ShopLink may experience downtime due to:MaintenanceAPI changesTechnical issuesNetwork outagesATB/Wasoka is not liable for delays or interruptions.11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:ATB/Wasoka is not liable for lost sales or profitsATB/Wasoka is not responsible for posts removed by MetaATB/Wasoka is not responsible for misuse of Builder content by RetailersUse of ShopLink is at your own risk.12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ATB Trucking, LLC dba Wasoka & Company from any claims arising from:Your contentYour use of the serviceYour violation of these TermsYour violation of third‑party platform rules13. Termination
ATB/Wasoka may suspend or terminate accounts that:Violate these TermsUpload prohibited contentAbuse the platformFail to pay subscription feesAccess ends immediately upon termination.14. Changes to These Terms
